a great thought.....

One afternoon when the employee's of a big company came back after having lunch, then they saw a notice on the notice-board. The notice was that an employee who was a hurdle in their progress has passed away yesterday. All employee's were called to pay tribute to the departing soul in the meeting hall of the office.

Firstly people were sad that one of their colleague had departed, but they started anxiously thinking that who was the person.Slowly people started assembling in the hall.everybody was thinking who was the person who was a blocking their progress. But were somewhere relieved that he/she has departed. But as it naturally happens, people forget the wrong doings of a person when he dies, so everybody in the hall was mournful.

A matress was laid in the hall and a curtain was droping in front of the wall. One more information was displayed in a notice there that the photo of the passed away was displayed behind the curtain. everybody should go one by one there pay homage and then move towards the path of success as the person who has passed away was a hurdle in their progress. there was anxiousness in face of every employee present in the hall!!

employee started going one by one behind the curtain  and when they looked at the  wall they become almost standstill. They couldn't speak even a single word. Actually on the wall there was a mirror and below it was a note that " There is only one person who can stop you from progressing in life, who can limit your success. and that is you!!"

the boss was waiting outside the hall welcoming each employee who had paid homage to the pessimistic person inside them.
